Playoff Ticket Purchasing Question

I want to buy individual game tickets and sit in my regular STH seats (providing they are available). Where/how can I do this? Last year, I tried getting tickets to a regular season Checkers game and specify the section/row I wanted. Ticketmaster wouldn't let me do it over the phone or online, as I always had to opt for the "best available." The Ticketmaster folks on the phone claimed their hands were tied. Can I do this in person through the box office? I've got an outstanding email to my ticket rep who did not initially know the answer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Caniac - yes the box office has a little more flexibility with the search options. While the availability is the same no matter how you purchase individual tickets, the computers for Ticketmaster show "best available" based on certain criteria. The people working the box office can search by specfic section/seat location.
