Where can I sit in the Time Warner Cable Arena?
If you're headed to the Queen City to see your favorite team *hopefully* get beat by the Checkers, here's a seating chart for the hockey setup:

Where can I buy tickets to the game?
Single game tickets and package plans can be purchased online by clicking here.

Fans may also purchase tickets at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena box office or by calling the box office at (800) 495-2295.

For Flex Plans, Mini Plans or Season Tickets, call the Charlotte Checkers at (704) 342-4ICE.

How do I get to the Time Warner Cable Arena?
From the North (via I-85S):
  • Take I-85 South to I-77 South (exit 38)
  • Take the Brookshire Frwy (exit 11A)
  • Stay left on the exit ramp for Brookshire and go towards I-277 South/NC-16 South, Downtown Charlotte
  • Take the exit for Brevard St. and McDowell (exit 3B)
  • Follow the road until you can turn right onto Brevard Street
  • Follow Brevard street until it dead-ends into 5th street at the arena


  • From the North (via I-77S):
  • Take the Brookshire Frwy (exit 11A)
  • Stay left on the exit ramp for Brookshire and go towards I-277 South/NC-16 South, Downtown Charlotte
  • Take the exit for Brevard St. and McDowell (exit 3B)
  • Follow the road until you can turn right onto Brevard Street
  • Follow Brevard street until it dead-ends into 5th street at the arena


  • From the South (via I-77N):
  • Take exit 9 (John Belk Freeway I-277 toward US-29/NC-27)
  • Merge onto I-277 North/US-74 East via exit 9B
  • Follow I-277 about 1 mile and take the Caldwell street exit
  • Follow South Caldwell street until you get Trade Street at the arena


  • From the South/West (via I-85N):
  • Take NC-16 South/Brookshire Frwy (exit 36) toward US-74 East/Downtown Charlotte
  • Take the exit for Brevard St. and McDowell St. (exit 3B)
  • Follow the road until you can turn right onto Brevard Street
  • Follow Brevard Street until it dead-ends into 5th street at the arena


  • From around town:
    The Charlotte Arena is located at 333 East Trade Street, directly across from the CATS Transportation Center and on the new light rail line. So, at present, you can drive, take the bus or ride Charlotte's Historic Trolley.

    Another weekday option is to take the free Gold Rush Shuttle. The Arena is located on the RED line and the shuttle stops at the front door. From 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the shuttle runs runs every 20 minutes.


    Where can I park near the Time Warner Cable Arena?
    There are several parking garages located near the arena, including the Bank of America garage right next door.

    The Seventh Street Station parking garage, located 2 blocks away between 6th and 7th Streets is $5.

    The lot on the corner of 6th and Brevard Streets is $5. It's also 2 blocks away.

    If you wish to get closer to the arena, the lot on the corner of 5th and Brevard Streets, directly across from the arena, is $5-10, depending on the day.

    Another weekday option is to park on the street or a free lot after hours, and take the free Gold Rush Shuttle. Be sure to park along the red line. The shuttle stop is located at the front door of the arena. From 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the shuttle runs runs every 20 minutes.

    Where can I eat and drink near the Time Warner Cable Arena?
    The Charlotte Center offers several dining options right inside the arena, including a sports bar. The arena is also located near the heart of the city's Uptown Entertainment District. Bars of various themes are located along College and Trade Streets and in the surrounding areas.
